Success Secrets for Gifted Children
Do you have a child who you think is gifted? If so, please come and listen to Dr. Paul Cates and Dr. Kirk Cates of Faith Christian Ministries, as they discuss identifying your gifted child. They will review the updated National Association for Gifted Children Pre-K to 12th Grade Gifted Program Standards, as well as the professional development standards. How do you know your child has these symptoms? Dr. Paul Cates and Dr. Kirk Cates of Faith Christian Ministries will discuss the importance of knowing what is going on and then knowing what to do. During the workshop, they will provide information on how you can homeschool a child with one of more of these symptoms. In addition, they will discuss that many problems are more complex than your diagnosis might suggest.

Dr. Paul Cates has devoted the past 40 years to childhood development, education, and spiritual training. He has a B.A. in Clinical Psychology, M.A. in Reading and Learning Disabilities, and a Ph.D. in eight areas including a major in Curriculum and Instruction.
Dr. Paul and Dr. Kirk Cates have jointly published hundreds of articles in educational journals including the Journal of Neuropsychiatri...c and Clinical Neuroscience.
Today Dr. Cates’ ministry takes him all over the world to aid parents in the education of their children, primarily homeschoolers.
The main focus of his work is the educational evaluation of children to determine an individualized curriculum.
Dr. Cates and his wife Isobel have six children: Peter, David, Linda, Jon, Kirk, and Anne, and are blessed with 10 grandchildren.

My hope is that this list will assist conference organizers in connecting with Paul Cates and other workshop leaders and speakers.
