Charles and Kathy Lowers are the founders of the original "Considering Homeschooling" ministry, founded in 2001 in Orange County, California. They serve to recruit and train Christian families with babies, toddlers, and preschoolers in biblical home education. Considering Homeschooling encourages and equips homeschool organizations and churches to reach out to the next generation of homeschooler.
