Is Military Service Right for My Child?
Many homeschooling Americans are patriotic and supportive of our armed forces. Military service is often touted as a "great place to start." Some look to the military as a way to transition to college. What about Service Academies? What about ROTC? Others look to the military as a place to get specialized
training to use in the civilian world. Still others desire a disciplined life full of camaraderie. However, parents and young people have questions that recruiters may not be able or willing to answer. This talk will focus on the pros and cons of military life to assist in this critical decision.
