have a tool for understanding His creation. Higher mathematics, such as algebra, understood and applied

Rudiments are “first principles”, the basic ideas and concepts that are essential to all other areas of
knowledge. If children are ever to become strong in math, they must begin with having a solid
understanding of the rudiments of mathematics. In this workshop we will discuss what the rudiments of
math are, how they can be taught, as well as communicating to our children the many deep and beautiful
ideas imbedded in math that will give them a desire to continue to learn for many years.

“the end is in the beginning.”

education of our little ones is a subject of intense controversy. Just what does it mean to give our
