THE GOAT PROGRAM Parent Training is an interactive seminar designed to teach the best method of presenting the program to kids. The seminar focuses on: underlying scientific techniques that make it work, understanding the program, teaching techniques that work best with the program and implementing the program into daily life. THE GOAT PROGRAM is the first program of its kind used with middle and high school aged teens. It was designed to teach three key life skills: Goal Setting, Problem Solving, & Time Management through imagery. In addition the program teaches how to identify and overcome two additional abstract concepts that prevent success: limiting beliefs & excuses and negative influences. When kids have the program tools to plan, organize, manage, we find self-esteem improves and they develop higher self-confidence. Using positive affirmations, focused daydreaming, managing conflict, managing their time better & overcome problems by identifying solutions are all benefits of the program.
