A Key to Building Character in Your Family
To build good character, we need to emphasize the importance of character, require good character to be exhibited, and recognize individuals when they demonstrate good character. One of the most important ways to encourage good character is to praise it when we see it. Sincere praise motivates toward further growth. This workshop will teach attendees how to effectively use the three steps of praise (Definition, Illustration, and Benefit) to help others achieve true success as we help them put character first.
