The Lost Discipline of Scripture Memorization
Dating back to the days of Moses, God’s people were commanded to hide God’s words in their hearts, and they were commanded to teach this discipline to their children as well. Our 21st Century lives seem too busy for us to memorize God’s word, and yet this lack of discipline leaves us defenseless against evil forces, both natural and supernatural. We will explore methods and resources that may be used to help us regain this lost art of Scripture memorization, and we will take a practical look at the need for tomorrow’s leaders to be.
