Speak Up With Confidence
Many adults have a fear of speaking in public due to negative experiences as a student or no experience at all. Learning to speak publicly in a safe environment can help children overcome those fears. Public speaking opportunities abound, not just in crowded auditoriums, but in normal life situations. The person who is prepared to speak is the one whose voice will be heard. The voice that speaks effectively is the one that will impact hearts and minds. This workshop will give you some ideas for helping your child learn to speak in public settings, to overcome a fear of speaking, and to be an effective voice of a biblical worldview. The emphasis will be the high school student, but some ideas will be given for younger children as well.

My hope is that this list will assist conference organizers in connecting with Vickie Hutchison and other workshop leaders and speakers. Furthermore, my desire is to help homeschool workshop leaders and speakers develop relationships with more convention planners and audiences.
