Concurrent Enrollment and your Homeschool Student; Opportunities in High School and College begin with TODAY’S Planning
This workshop describes concurrent enrollment and its many advantages. Topics to be addressed are as follows: difficult subjects to homeschool in high school; access to special academic classes such as tech classes, fine arts, upper-level liberal arts...; the positive influences of this program on your student; and the increase in scholarship opportunities due to this experience. Although applicable to students beginning high school, this workshop is also for parents of younger students to prepare in advance for concurrent enrollment when high school arrives.
The Outstanding Transcript and the College Search Process
This workshop walks you through the process of creating a high school transcript that will convey your child's best personal attributes—the goal being to maximize scholarship opportunities based on merit, whether academic or extracurricular. It discusses six sections of the transcript in detail and gives clear examples: the academic record, official documentation, course descriptions, a personal resume, letters of recommendation, and a writing sample. The workshop also outlines a detailed procedure to follow while engaging in the college search process.

My hope is that this list will assist conference organizers in connecting with Kathleen Curley and other workshop leaders and speakers. Furthermore, my desire is to help homeschool workshop leaders and speakers develop relationships with more convention planners and audiences. May your efforts be for the glory of Christ and the strengthening of His saints. Disclaimer:
