Teaching Self-Government
If we are constantly battling our children at home, how can we create an environment to build leaders? The most inspiring of all lessons taught in the home is that of a good parent/child relationship. There are no tricks to achieving children who govern themselves, while happily and willingly obeying the counsel of their parents. Don't just parent your children; teach them the skills they need to govern themselves.
The Key to Inspire: The Investment
What is the key to making a really good learning environment for all ages? Investment. What does that mean? How do I change my life to be an inspiring parent? You don't change your life as much as you change your relationship. Your relationship with your child is the base for whatever you are going to teach them. Even the busiest parents can be incredible at inspiring if they understand this.
The Power of Calm
When Nicholeen speaks around the country about the style of parenting in her home and the family culture we are passionate about, one of the biggest responses is, “I think I need self-government myself before I can teach it to my children.” This is so true! In this class we will talk about how fathers and mothers can tap into the power called “being calm.”
The Four Keys of Self-Government
People become leaders when they have learned how to govern themselves. What do leaders like Benjamin Franklin and George Washington teach us about selfgovernment? They teach us that to change yourself, you have to do four key things. These four keys are for anyone to use in any phase of life. Come analyze the four things we need to keep in mind in order to be great leaders in our generation.

My hope is that this list will assist conference organizers in connecting with Nicholeen Peck and other workshop leaders and speakers. Furthermore, my desire is to help homeschool workshop leaders and speakers develop relationships with more convention planners and audiences. May your efforts be for the glory of Christ and the strengthening of His saints. Disclaimer:
