Your Child Can Learn to Be an Emergency Responder
Do you have an evacuation or stay-in-place plan at your house? Do your kids know how to help rescue themselves if they get lost? What about building an emergency backpack for your kids and their treasures? Firefighter and emergency planner, Karen McHale, will explain her training program for kids 12 and under and how they will learn about strategy, problem solving, planning, logistics, rescue and so much more. Kids have a great time learning and then practicing what they have learned. Knowledge takes away the fear children feel during an emergency because they will know how to help.
