The First Virginia Charter, April 10, 1606, granted by James I, states the purpose for this Christian settlement:"...to propagate the Christian religion to such people, who as yet live in darkness and miserable ignorance of the true knowledge and worship of God." This exciting presentation/talk takes students into the Christain monuments and memorials and the original 1607 Church on Jamestown Island, where the First Representative, legislative Assembly on American soil book place. Pocahontas' conversion to Christianity at age 12; her subsequent baptism and marriage to John Rolfe in the 1607 church is also brought to life from original Documents of America's history; contrasting and comparing the 3 original accounts on early Virginia history in the Library of Constress' Rare Book Collection, with revisionist fables on America's foundations.

Beginning in the 1930's, there has been a concerted effort to erase the Judeo-Christian foundations from the nation's textbooks and history books. This exciting historic presentation/talk takes students through the landmarks of the American Revolution, from "The First Prayer in Congress" of the First Continental Congress, convening on September 7, 1774 in Carpenters' Hall, Philadelphia with Prayer and Scripture reading (Psalm 35),to the signing of the U.S. Constitution, September 17, 1787; proving that the Bible and Prayer were pivotal in securing the liberties embodied within America's three great Charters of Freedom. The original addresses, writings and papers of these American statesmen and heroes prove to students how the Bible and Prayer were foremost pillars of their lives. Abraham Lincoln's Second Inaugural Address, explaining the true reason and cause for the Civil War, from Scripture, is also vividly portrayed,in contrast with diverse current textbook and history book accounts to the contrary.
