Strengthening Basic Skills with Super Study Aids
Join Dinah Zike in this fun, fast paced session as she shares her award winning, three-dimensional, interactive graphic organizers.  This presentation will combine Dinah’s original Independent Foldable activities with her newest Notebooking strategies and Envelope Projects

Learn how to strengthen basic skills while making super study aids for organizing data, investigating and reporting information,  answering key questions, completing writing assignments, conducting and reporting science experiments, and communicating research projects.  These interactive graphic organizers also make assessment an unforgettable visual and kinesthetic experience. 

Dinah will demonstrate and explain how these activities can be used with K-12 students in all content areas.  During the presentation, participants will make examples of Foldables (interactive graphic organizers), Notebook Foldables (used in composition books or spirals), and Envelope Projects (made using repurposed envelopes).  Materials will be furnished.
