According to scripture God is our Great Physician and all scripture is God breathed and useful for teaching in ALL areas of our lives, including Health and Wellness! This includes good stewardship of our physical bodies and those of our precious children that He has placed in our care. Learn how following these Biblical principles in my life, helped me to beat and overcome severe life threatening illness. These same principles also helped rid my oldest son of ADHD and behavioral issues such as ODD. He went from an alternative school to being an A student in Advanced Placement Chemistry and has plans for college. He thanks me now for teaching him how to eat and live healthy even though he rebelled at times as a child because it has transformed his life.
