Three Keys to a Great Art Education
Discover the simple keys to unlocking your child’s God-given talents in the visual arts. All children can excel in the visual arts with encouragement and teaching methods that address both the expressive and technical aspects of art. Learn how you can give your child a great art education at home by focusing on awareness, creativity, and well-timed instruction in the basic principles of art!

Why Young Children Make Art and How You Can Encourage It
Do you wish you could look inside your child’s mind to see what is behind that artwork he just handed to you? Do you want to learn how to respond to a work you just can’t decipher? Learn how to help children gain skills without drawing for them. Offer age-appropriate suggestions in ways that will encourage your child to continue to be creative. It’s all discussed in this presentation.

Seeing the World through the Eyes of an Artist (Grades 4-12)
Your child can develop observation skills by using the elements of art to create artworks that are original, inspired, and informed. Any child or adult can improve and bring more realism to their work by focusing on line, shape, form, and other elements. Join us as we look at several of these elements of art. Learn what they are, how artists use them, and how your child can develop a working knowledge of these key components to a finished drawing.

My hope is that this list will assist conference organizers in connecting with Daniel Ellis and other workshop leaders and speakers. Furthermore, my desire is to help homeschool workshop leaders and speakers develop relationships with more convention planners and audiences.
