Frank and his wife Angie have homeschooled their two boys since 2002. Frank has been a police officer for 14 years, 11 of those years as a detective. He has investigated many crimes involving the use of the internet, computers and cell phones. Frank has also provided numerous presentations on internet safety and cyber bullying.
