ADD or Food Allergies
What do daydreaming, hyperactivity, learning difficulties, and the inability to recall information all have in common? They are all symptoms of food allergies and ADD! In this class you learn the many crossover symptoms and walk away with a step-by-step plan to discover the answers you need for your child. There will be plenty of Q & A time at the end to discuss the plan of action and receive personal help.
The Missing Link
Everyone knows that proper nutrition boosts IQ, but is taking a walk in the woods just as important? Can this “8th intelligence” be the missing link to our kids easily mastering athletic and academic challenges? Science says, “Yes”! This hour will be full of cutting edge science that will revolutionize the way you structure your learning day. Whether you have straight A students, struggling learners, young or old, this class will give you hands-on tools to tap into your student’s full potential.
Teaching Kids Nutrition
For the first time in history this generation of kids, regardless of socioeconomic status, is predicted to die before their parents (that’s us!) due to preventable lifestyle diseases. But as the parent/teacher, where do I start, how do I add one more thing into my already full day, and what exactly is “healthy” anyway? Dr. Christina understands these challenges and breaks it all down into easy, step by step lessons and fun family projects that will empower your kids to make good choices while “baby stepping” your family into a new level of health by the end of the school year. Whether you eat donuts and soda for breakfast or make kombucha and kefir each day, this class has something for you! Class attendees receive a discount towards curriculum purchase.
Tips and Tricks for College Preparation (with Chris McGough)
In this class, Dr. Christina McGough will be joined by her husband, Chris McGough. Professor McGough was homeschooled through high school, attended public and private colleges, has worked in student development at universities, and is now a college professor. His unique perspective will bring you “tips” on the things you can be doing at home right now to make sure your child is ready for the college classroom in the years to come while Dr. Christina will pull from her very recent cafeteria and dorm experiences to bring “tricks” on how to eat and stay healthy in a dorm/on campus setting. Q & A time will be at the end.

Dr. Christina McGough, a veteran speaker, minister’s wife, and homeschool mom, has been actively using and learning about natural health methods for 16 years. As a Naturopath, Certified Natural Health Practitioner, Herbalist, and Loomis Digestive Health Specialist, she brings fresh perspective and solutions to the challenges of homeschooling special needs kids, maintaining a healthy, balanced life as a homeschool family, and feeding the brain to be it’s very best. Her passion is evident in her “take it home and use it” style of teaching as she draws from her personal experiences and cutting edge research to send you home equipped.
Her passion to educate families on the way God created our bodies, what fuel our bodies need for our individual circumstances, and the natural resources for that fuel has led her to a philosophy of being a "coach"- not only walking with people as they start their journey, but also empowering them with the knowledge and skills they need to live an abundant life on their own. Her “take it home and use it” style of teaching and coaching is easy to understand as she draws from her personal experiences and cutting edge research to send you home equipped.
Christina and her husband, Chris, have been married for 18 years and are raising two children with natural health practices, herbal supplementations, homeopathies, and a hefty dose of fun. Kayaking, hiking, and wilderness backpacking are their favorite past times when they are not teaching or tending to the family goats, chickens, and garden.

My hope is that this list will assist conference organizers in connecting with Christina McGough and other workshop leaders and speakers. Furthermore, my desire is to help homeschool workshop leaders and speakers develop relationships with more convention planners and audiences. May your efforts be for the glory of Christ and the strengthening of His saints. Disclaimer:
