Helping Children Gain Optimum Health Through the Use of Whole Foods is a workshop devoted to providing helpful information for families who are considering the role of whole foods for optimum health and growth of their family. Discussing issues such as introducing healthy whole foods your family will love, childhood obesity, menus to assist in a variety of special needs such as ADD/ ADHD, Autism, and a host of other learning disabilities. Practical tips to assist children with food sensitivities, and food texture hypersensitivity will also be included. This workshop was created to be informative and practical with tasty ideas that can be implemented immediately.
