The Dangers of “Getting Ahead”
Wondering if your student should be “career minded” when considering college? This session is for you. In it, we will discuss the notion that the curriculum (major) in college is not the dominating factor that prepares your child for career success. After interviewing hundreds of college students for several firms, my opinion has become more and more steadfast in the idea that the career for a student is not dictated so much by their major but by who they have become. College develops the deeper person and fosters the way a student thinks, functions in society, and understands the world around them. Curriculum is important in college, but the transformation of who your child will become is the key. Mentorship and discipleship will be the defining aspect of their c ollege experience for success in their life’s work.

My hope is that this list will assist conference organizers in connecting with Jonathan Bailie and other workshop leaders and speakers. Furthermore, my desire is to help homeschool workshop leaders and speakers develop relationships with more convention planners and audiences. May your efforts be for the glory of Christ and the strengthening of His saints. Disclaimer:
