College Selection: A Critical Success Factor
Thinking about college and wondering how to decide between the different options? Katherine O’Brien will go over the essential considerations when looking to apply for college. This workshop will include discussion about what makes a good college candidate, what are colleges looking for, financial aid, and the variances between the university and colleges demographics and environments. Also, cover the other vital areas of the college search, including: Academic Climate, sports, religious support, majors and programs offered, financial aid availability, location, alcohol, male/female ratio, the graduation rate, as well as alumni support, and campus visits.
